There seems to be quite a lot of us on a health kick – says us in the office who have just demolished a Chinese lunch (there goes an easy 1000 calories). But its easy to see the easier food to get are the unhealthiest – I should know going from 20 Stone down to 14 Stone.
Yes we should all be eating roughly over 2000 calories a day (if you are a man) and less for women to maintain their current weight, but calories isn’t the only thing to look out for when eating.
